I love me some Cadbury Mini Eggs. Seriously, I look forward all year to when these eggs are available. So I'm randomly posting this recipe that I intended to use when a dear friend from the States brought me a bag but somehow they were all eaten before the cookies could be made (: In honor of Easter my precious friends that are in the US please devour some Cadbury Eggs for me!!!
Cadbury Egg Cookies
1/2 C Crisco (butter flavored)1/2 C Butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 C flour
6T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 10 oz bag Cadbury Mini-Eggs
Preheat oven to 350.Take a hammer to the Cadbury Eggs, mix it all together adding ingredients in order they are listed, place on pan in spoonfuls, bake and enjoy.
